As a holistic health coach, my mission is to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives without the burden of chronic pain. I believe that true health encompasses not just the physical body, but also the mind and spirit. Through a combination of personalised nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes, I work with my clients to create a sustainable and enjoyable approach to wellness.
My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health, to reduce pain and inflammation, and to achieve optimal wellbeing. Whether you’re struggling with chronic pain or simply looking to improve your overall health, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I started working with Matt having had lower back problems for more than 15 years which were starting to put limitations on both my golf and running. Matt is very thorough in his approach and passionate about helping people improve all aspects of their life. He is not a typical personal trainer; he offers so much more. Since working with Matt I’ve seen some big changes. I’ve lost 10% of my body weight in 10 weeks. I now have very few back issues and Matt has given me the tools I need to combat any minor flare-ups that do occur. I am now playing golf pain and ache free! My diet is many times better than it was, my sleep is consistently good and hydration is much improved with Matt having convinced me to give up diet coke (a big deal for me but genuinely a game-changer)!
